DEVILLE_

Deville is a mixed use building which consists of 2350m2 of office space and 11200m2 of retail space – with Pick ‘n Pay, Clicks and Virgin Active as the anchor tenants. The centre was purchased several years ago by the Tower Property Fund who, with the assistance of managing agents Spire Property Management, revitalised the centre - with tenant relocations, a solar PV installation and lighting retrofit within the retail component of the centre.

Marc Edwards, CEO of Tower says that they are very pleased to have secured Jenny Morris as a tenant at the DeVille Shopping Centre.

“DeVille has continued to evolve and to increase in popularity. We have regular enquiries from national retail stores looking to establish a presence in the centre and the office space is fully let. Having a Yumcious restaurant here, which is situated on a busy and visible corner of the centre, will further add to the appeal of the centre and bring more feet through the door. This is in line with Towers strategy of maximising the appeal and thereby the value of our property assets.”

Jenny Morris’s first Yumcious opened its doors in the popular Cape Quarter precinct several years ago and has remained a firm favourite in the area, serving up wholesome, hearty, healthy and delicious food. Her expansion into the Northern Suburbs is a very exciting development and will be welcome news for foodies in the area.

Joanne Boswell, Property Manager of the DeVille Centre for Spire Property Management, explains that the lease with Jenny Morris has been signed and the fit-out of the Yumcious space has begun, with an estimated opening date to be around the third week of July.
