2018 is off to a strong start for AuctionInc.

A prime development site in Hatfield; just one of many prime properties going on Auction on the 14th of March.

In March AuctionInc will be moving into its new Head Office in Houghton with its parent company, Masingita Properties and following the success of its Multi-Property auction in November, AuctionInc is excited to announce a line-up of 16 highly sought after commercial, industrial and development properties for its next Multiple-Property on the 14th of March.

A Highlight of the auction is the sale of a high exposure development site in Hatfield near universities and the Gautrain with the potential for student accommodation to be developed.

Another noteworthy property is a large 25 600m2 warehouse with 9Mva power in Wadeville.

According to recently appointed CEO, Ari Ben, "the properties on offer are in line with what the market currently demand, investors and developers alike are currently showing a keen interest in rural retail development land, student accommodation, income producing investments and industrial properties in prime nodes".
