Broadband internet connectivity has been added to the list of services provided to users of offices on a daily, weekly or monthly basis by The Office Suites Company in Claremont, Cape Town.

The introduction of the service with 128 kilobytes per second local and international bandwidth is in response to a growing demand from start-up businesses and smaller companies using The Office Suites, says general manager Peter Vergeer.

“For a nominal monthly fee, our tenants can now use the web for however long they need. We can also allocate a company or an individual his or her own increased bandwidth if so required, and offer bulk packages for tenants with multiple users.”

The Office Suites Company, a venture backed by Old Mutual Properties, offers fully furnished and serviced flexible office solutions in Parktown, Johannesburg and Claremont, Cape Town.

Executives can expect a receptionist to answer phones in the name of his or her company and take messages; the latest equipment; back-up word-processing services and secretarial work; a hands-on operations manager; stationery supplies; courier and mail services; catering services; board-room service; cleaning; 24-hour security and air-conditioning.
