Lyons Financial Solutions Holdings (LYS) has accepted an offer by Icarus Nominees (Proprietary) Limited (trading as Icarus Investment Corporation) to purchase shares and claims in the underlying subsidiaries of Lyons and the shareholding and claims of The Lyons Corporate Lease Fund Limited held by Lyons and The Rainmaker's Trust.
However, it said the transaction was subject to certain conditions, including the conclusion of a comprehensive agreement and the obtaining of the requisite regulatory and shareholder approvals.
