JHI Real Estate has announced that subject to fulfillment of suspensive conditions it has disposed of its contract to manage iFour’s properties to Pangbourne Properties Ltd. The transaction will be effective from 1st October 2003.
Colin Wright, managing director of JHI, said that the transaction had advantages for both companies. Although Pangbourne will acquire the contract to manage iFour’s properties, JHI will retain responsibility for iFour’s valuations and will of course deal with iFour regarding other services as with our other clients in the open market.
Wright added that the transaction creates capacity within JHI, which is currently involved in the expansion of other clients’ portfolios, the assembly of a substantial portfolio for listing and management thereof, as well as the provision of due diligence services in relation thereto.
