Recognising luxury hotels & spas worldwide, the World Luxury Hotel and Spa Awards were established as a celebration of ultimate achievement in service excellence, and seeks to reward and congratulate hotels and spas that have excelled beyond the normal call of duty.

Country, continent and global titles are awarded to luxury hotel and spas based on their world class facilities and service excellence provided to guests.

This is the second continental title for the hotel, which was awarded the title of Africa’s Leading City Hotel by the World Travel Awards for the third consecutive year. The hotel is also currently in the running for the global title of World’s Leading City Hotel, which will be announced later this month.

“Over the past year the hotel has focused strongly on tailoring guest’s experience - from the personalised touches to tailored services that are offered. As we approached a new year, we will be reviewing our guest service strategy to ensure we continue to uphold service quality to global standards,” says Nick Seewer of Pepperclub Hotel & Spa.
