Jean Crossing in Centurion is a brand new shopping centre which promises to bring a refreshingly modern shopping experience to the area.

Jean Crossing

Comfortably nestled between the N14, Jean Avenue and Rabie Street, and lying directly below the Gautrain railway line, Jean Crossing is perfectly positioned to meet the shopping needs of both commuters and residents. The centre will provide shoppers with all their everyday essentials, whether it’s the convenience of a quick pop-in, or the unrushed pleasure of indulging your senses and tastes amidst the wide variety of stores and relaxing ambience.

Upon completion, the 10 000 m² shopping centre will be anchored by Pick n Pay, Woolworths (opening mid-2015) and Dis-Chem, and will feature more than 40 stores. The tenant mix includes a host of service providers and speciality stores, offering everything from hair salons and skincare to DIY equipment and technology. Shoppers can look forward to a wide variety of restaurants and take-aways, including John Dory’s, Mugg & Bean and Panarottis, to name a few, as well as drive-through options for Burger King, McDonald’s and Nando’s. Banking facilities will include ATMs for Absa, Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank.

Developed by the Moolman Group, Jean Avenue Village, Egan Property Group and Rapfund Investments, Jean Crossing brings a comprehensive, convenient and tastefully indulgent shopping centre to the area. The building will be rounded off with sleek design features, complemented by stone elements, and a neutral colour scheme, for added warmth.

The centre’s surrounds will be landscaped to provide an attractive and inviting exterior, with plenty of parking space, including dedicated parking bays for parents with small children, pensioners, bikes and disabled customers.

Jean Crossing will open its doors for trading on 26 February 2015. The unique combination of variety, ease, and contemporary style, is sure to establish the centre as Centurion’s most convenient shopping centre for people on the move.
