Ms. Gulnara Abdullina, the former Business Development Director of Emerging Markets, is appointed as the General Manager of Middle East & Africa. On the new position, Ms. Gulnara Abdullina will be responsible for all the business function, the sales team as well as the Business Development team in Africa & Middle East will report to her.
She has been involved in renewable energy since 2007. She joined Jinko Solar in Shanghai, China, in 2009 as a first foreign employee to spearhead international sales, and in 2010 she was appointed to establish and lead global business development team.
Having already opened 50+ new markets for Jinko solar globally, Gulnara and her team continued defining and executing market entry strategies, establishing strategic alliances with global and local partners, building company credentials towards financial institutions and investors, engaging governments and regulatory bodies to provide adequate support to solar industry development. Her focus lately was primarily on emerging markets of Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
As per new strategy of Jinko management, she was recently appointed as a General Manager Africa and Middle East to lead a team of 13 commercial executives in 8 countries across the region.
Gulnara has been selected as one of the young new energy leaders by RECHARGE 4040 Initiative, which brings together 40 clean energy pioneers under 40 years old.
Gulnara holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the Ural State Technical University, Russia, as well as an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School, Shanghai, China.
Mr. Alberto Cuter, the former Sales Director of Emerging Markets, is appointed as the General Manager of Latin American and Italy. On the new position, Mr. Alberto Cuter will be responsible for all the business function, both sales team and BD team in Latin America and Italy will report to him. Alberto works in JinkoSolar from December 2010.
