Frederick Arendse

Frederick Arendse is the Executive Director of Ascension Property Limited.

 

Frederick Arendse serves as an Executive Director at Ascension Properties Limited since May 22, 2007 and Manages implementation and liaison with Government tenants post the tender process. 

Arendse formed a partnership with Shaun Rai in March 2003 and registered African Alliance Properties as equal shareholders.

Whilst at African Alliance Properties they secured a government lease for the acquisition of the Foretrust building from Old Mutual. He has since been instrumental in the acquisition of a number of buildings in the Western Cape and Gauteng and installed various government departments in approximately 70 000 m² of offi ce space, while at the same time upgrading these buildings to a B+ grade property rating.

Arendse Held accountant and financial director positions in the clothing industry where he worked for 21 years. Since 1996, he operated Westward Financial Services, a consulting firm for National and Local Government on property asset management and joint venture empowerment development Properties.

He serves as a Director of the Manco.
