Redefine International (RPL)‚ the UK-based offshoot of the JSE's third-largest property group by market capitalisation‚ advised shareholders its chief financial officer Andrew Rowell has tendered his resignation "to take up a similar role abroad".

Mr Rowell would step down from the group's board once an appropriate successor had been identified‚ Redefine International said in a statement.
