The annual dinner of the SA Property Owners' Association (Sapoa) at the new Cape Town International Convention Centre on June 18 is proving to be such a sell-out success that the organisers have had to lay on extra tables, boosting the number of guests from 600 to 700.
The dinner will be sponsored by Nedbank Corporate, said Peter Smith, Regional Executive, Cape, for Nedbank Corporate's Property and Asset Finance division.
Abu Varachhia, who is co-ordinating the event, said Sapoa would be the first organisation to hold its annual dinner in the convention centre ahead of its official opening on July 1.
