Intaprop has wasted no time refurbishing the well-located Equity Office Park in Pretoria - which the company acquired just one year ago - and renewing key tenant leases.

Equity Park

The office park, with a total GLA of 3,200sqm, is located at the corner of Brooklyn and Lynnwood Roads in the city's high-demand eastern suburbs.

The attractive development consists of four double-storey office buildings of 800sqm each, mainly tenanted by professional firms and features landscaped gardens with external patios on the ground floor. All four buildings offer a combination of basement and open parking.

"We are very pleased to say that the recently-completed refurbishments, conducted to occupier specifications, have secured existing blue-chip tenants," says Intaprop director Hugo Stroud.

Rorich Wolmarans & Luderitz Attorneys has extended its lease in the park for another ten years.
Two office buildings remain to be refurbished which will be done on lease renewal, or in accordance with new tenant specifications and requirements. Space currently available is between 200sqm and 800sqm, making it flexible enough for a range of prospective users.

A key element of the park's new look and feel is the re-building of the main entrance and perimeter wall, as well as extensive perimeter landscaping.

The office park comes with 24/7 guarding with a boomed entrance; daily maintenance of the gardens and common areas; and dedicated maintenance of air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical services.
