Capitalising on three years of successful developments, most of which sold out within two weeks, Bellandia will launch a new project on May 15 which, says MD Drew Danford, "should sell out even quicker than our previous projects".
"Bellandia's latest project is called Sandown Crescent and comprises three storeys of apartments on the northern side of the R1 billion Royal Ascot residential estate development in Milnerton," Danford said.
"Architects Maas and Coetzee have been employed to design the apartments which will include basement parking, two levels of simplex two-bedroom two-bathroom units, with 80m2 of internal floor area and very large patios on either side, and one level of single-bedroom loft apartments, all with balconies.
"The style will be Cape Cod, complete with ship-lapped facades and large patios."
Prices on this project will start from R387 000. "Once again," said Danford, "in the bracket that is affordable to occupier-buyers and investors.
"It is only 12km from the city and has easy access to beaches, golf courses, retail centres, schools, medical facilities and libraries." As on other Bellandia projects, security will be treated as a top priority.
The development will be encircled by an electronic security fence.
