Fountainhead Property Trust has appointed Tom Wixley and Marius Barkhuysen as independent non-executive directors of Fountainhead, subject to approval by the Financial Services Board.

Mr Wixley, who was a partner at Ernst & Young for over 20 years before becoming chairman, which position he held for 10 years, has also been appointed as a member of Fountainhead's Audit and Risk Committee.

Mr Barkhuysen was a Director at Pepkor and served as a member of the Pepkor executive committee.
