Minister of Trade and Industry Alec Erwin will deliver the keynote address at this year's South African Property Owners' Association convention at Sun City from May 21 to 23.

Minister of Trade and Industry Alec Erwin will deliver the keynote address at this year's South African Property Owners' Association convention at Sun City from May 21 to 23.

 

The convention, which will include a property trade exhibition, will focus on issues such as The New Business Dynamic and The Listed Property Sector.

 

Speakers on The New Business Dynamic will include Saki Macozoma, CEO of Nail; Bheki Sibiya, national president of the Black Management Forum; and Rudolf Gouws, chief economist of Rand Merchant Bank.

 

The final session, dealing with the listed property sector, will include speakers from the US, Australia and Britain, such as Steve Thorne, a chief urban planner from Victoria in Australia.  – The Star
