The properties formed part of the well- known Sanyati Properties Ten (Pty) Ltd that went into liquidation according to Hein Hattingh MD of In2assets, they have experienced fierce competition from bidders across the Country with the successful buyer at the auction winning the final bid representing a consortium of investors from KZN.
