Aucor Property will take to auction an entire Germiston retail and residential block. The property, situated at 60 Knox Street, is known as Kaybor Mansions and comprises three basement areas, a retail ground floor and eight apartments.

The retail floor is divided into two sections with roller shutters providing lockup security.

The apartments are located in the upper floors and consist of eight 1 bedroom flats all featuring kitchens, living areas and bathrooms. The flats are approximately 60m² - 70m² in size.

“This property is situated just down the road from Golden Walk Shopping Centre and offers easy access to major roads. The retail component services the local area and is popular to nearby residents, making it a good location for investment,” comments Warren Aronson of Aucor.
