The premises are being developed by Atterbury and the project is part of the most ambitious mixed-use commercial development currently underway in South Africa.

This follows the cellular network provider’s decision to streamline its infrastructure and bring its various operations together under one roof. The highly visible, modern and energy-efficient premises are scheduled for Cell C’s occupation at the end of 2013, on a 15-year lease.

The new campus will come with plenty of staff and customer parking and will be set in a pleasant park-like environment with extensive landscaping. The development will help to improve road infrastructure in the area.

The substantial improvements in road infrastructure under GFIP have not only reduced commute times to suburbs like Midrand but would also further promote industrial and economic activity in the area.
