Property-Housing-Residential

The properties are evenly distributed around Gauteng and surrounds and will be auctioned off on three separate auctions.

Properties located in Mpumalanga and the Northwest will be auctioned off in Brits at 10:30. Properties located in the North and East will take place in Benoniat 12:30 and properties situated on the South and West will take place in Alberton at 14:30.

According to CEO Paul Winterstein “this auction provides first time home owners and investors alike the opportunity to acquire residential properties at rock bottom prices”.

The benefits of acquiring bank clearance properties are manifold as there are no transfer duties on transactions below R500, 000 , all outstanding taxes and levies are paid by the bank and a much lower rate of commission is applicable. The auctions will take place on the 7th of July.
