Offering a large variety of goods to the shopping public of Cape Town, this third China Town centre established by the China Town Trust, joins the other two centres located in Ottery and Sable Square, bringing 180 shops between the three centres. 

And more is expected, with a second phase planned for the Parow centre, thereby bringing a further 60 shops on stream. 
 
“The Ottery and Sable Square China Town centres are now well established and all the shops there are trading steadily, and we expect the same from the new centre in Parow,” said Shu-ing Liou, a member of the consortium that developed and owns the China Town retail centres, the China Town Trust. 

“All of these centres bring great value to the consumer, offering a wide range of goods, including clothing, shoes, bedding, electronics, food, toys and much more, which we feel is a recipe for success.”
