Yzerfontein Residential stands in Liquidation sale:

Twelve quality properties from the Yzerfontein Seaside Estates on the West Coast will fall under the hammer on March 10 at the Yzerfontein Community hall.

Yzerfontein was recently awarded Blue Flag status for its world-class beaches, has become a prime destination for tourists and investors, due to its proximity to Cape Town, pristine beaches and demand for quality leisure properties.

A previous auction for beachfront stands in the same development attracted over  300 people, including 200 registered bidders, and Auction Alliance are expecting another huge turnout, particularly with the growing demand for property in the area and the good mix of properties on offer. “22 beachfront stands were snapped up by eager investors previously. With a more eclectic mix of properties this time, we expect there to be even more interest and we are gearing up for a big auction,” says Ish Hendricks of Auction Alliance

Situated near the water’s edge, the 12 stands range in size from 700m² to 1041 m² and are ideally positioned for a family home or seaside holiday house.

The auction, taking place at the Yzerfontein Community hall, will start at 11h00 on March 10. Contact Wikus on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
