The property is situated 20 kilometres east of Groblersdal, and is easily accessible via Stoffberg Road. The farm, which is currently owner occupied, offers accommodation for more than 30 people in the Main Lodge, Wood Cabin and Hunters Lodge. The property features a number of facilities including a slaughter room, for game that has been hunted, Sable and Nyala Camps, 4 hides that can accommodate both bow and rifle hunters and a game offloading facility, where new game can efficiently be offloaded.
 
The farm is fully-fenced by a 21 strand perimeter game fence, and offers a variety of game including Kudu, Sable, Blue Wildebees, Blesbok, Zebra and Giraffe. Two of the farm’s dams are in the Blood River, and the third dam, is situated close to the lodge and fed by natural rainfall.
