The property, to be known as Plumbago Business Estate, is located between the Pomona Road and Bredell/Benoni Road interchanges on the recently refurbished four lane R21 highway, within five minutes of OR Tambo International Airport. It lies within a natural growth corridor heading northwards to Pretoria and the JT Ross Group intends to create a business park that is aesthetically pleasing, highly functional, and secure with excellent access and outstanding visibility from the R21 highway.

The development is expected to be completed by the end of November 2011.

Anand Joseph, Regional Executive for Nedbank Corporate Property Finance KZN, says that the JT Ross Group has over a century of experience in various aspects of the commercial and industrial property industry and that Nedbank Corporate Property Finance is proud to be associated with the group on this exciting new development.
“The attraction of this particular development is that the estate will offer controlled security, design conformity and visible profiling for a broad range of tenants, both small and large. In addition, the consolidation of large storage and distribution facilities is highly sought after and this estate offers excellent access to good transport links, which is one of the main drivers of new industrial space,” says Joseph.

The JT Ross Group is a Durban based privately-held construction, property investment, development and management group of companies. Their business divisions in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town have extensive in-house expertise and experience in mitigating delivery risk and in managing a high quality property portfolio.
