A significant number of retailers will be debuting in this region north of Pretoria including Game, Edgars and a corporate Pick ‘n Pay

This landmark shopping mall is the first of its kind in magnitude and stature in the Hammanskraal/ Temba district. The mall easily accessible to the community, will create an estimated 2 500 employment opportunities. The developer, New Africa Developments (NAD), is proud to say that they have built a mall of the highest standards, encompassed by the finest finishes on par with any international shopping centre.

NAD has taken community development seriously by addressing the poor transport infrastructure in the region and developing a large taxi and bus rank, that will commute 30 000 people on a daily basis.. Bafana Radebe of the Project Steering Committee says: “The involvement of the community in the construction of Jubilee Mall has given us a sense of ownership. We are looking forward to the successful completion of the mall. The community is excited about the opening of the mall because it will mean a saving on time and travel costs to outlying shopping centres, which are often too far in the opposite direction to the North of Pretoria”.

The Hammanskraal community has been given the opportunity to bring about growth in its local economy and notes that this is by far the biggest job creator in many years. An impressive number of applicants will be drawn from the local database which boasts local community members offering their skills set to Jubilee Mall post-construction, further enhancing the key pillars of the project’s success in pioneering local economic development.

The mall’s appeal is evident in the high turn up of leading retailers taking residence here. This display of confidence from the retailers shows that this is a step in the right direction and will see the fruits of a mutual vision by both the developer and the community to transform into a meeting of two minds. Its breathtaking entrance signifies modernity at its best.

In terms of tenants, shoppers can look forward to the presence of the first Pick ‘n Pay Corporate, Game and Edgars. The other retailers include Foschini, Cashbuild, Clicks, Jet, Edgars, Spar, Game, KFC, Steers, Pep, Garamundo, Joshua Doore, Geen & Richards, Morkels & Electric Express, Dial a Bed, Beares, Truworths and Chicken Licken. There is also an impressive range of fashion stores such as Teeny Shoes, Skipper Bar, Beaver Canoe, Fashion City, Black Current Boutiques, Studio 88, Identity, Tekkie Town and Fashion World.

Convenience and Financial Services include Dry Cleaners, Link Good Pharmacy, Boineelo Financial Services, Double Delight Superstore & Trading Express, Kodak, Wendy’s Hair Salon, Post Office and Value Vision.
