Spire Property Management, a specialist property asset management company with a national presence, will be working with Pick n Pay in the management of the new Pick n Pay on Nicol store – the groups’ innovative flagship store in Hurlingham, Johannesburg.

Spire will carry out the property management functions for this development as part of the company’s mandate to manage the entire portfolio of Pick n Pay owned retail properties on a national basis.
