In light of improving economic conditions, there is increased demand for space in the retail sector, and Long Street is no exception

The knowledge of such demand initiated the reconfiguration of the ground floor at 223 Long Street, where Beads of Africa have had a large footprint for a considerable period.

The ground floor space was subdivided into four prime retail outlets with the intention of creating an upmarket, trendy retail node in the heart of Long Street. Well known tenants such as A List and Revolution are among the tenants who signed leases immediately and all four units were let within a week of advertisement. Jaclyn Beighton and Piers Steward of Swindon Property Services concluded the deals.
