The Mount Sheba Game Reserve in Nelspruit will be auctioned at Auction Alliance’s August multiple commercial auction
The reserve measures 2000ha and is situated on the mountain slopes above Pilgrim’s Rest in Nelspruit. The private nature reserve is popular with bird lovers and regarded as one of Mpumalanga’s premier forest-birding destinations. The terrain is varied, including steep hillsides covered in dense forest, thorny thicket on the lower slopes, river valleys and gardens. The reserve has spectacular views and a number of popular hiking trails

Mount Sheba has been improved with four main houses, four large cottages, a full gym with sauna, a small dairy, workshops, cold rooms, large farm sheds and buffalo breeding pens. The entire reserve is enclosed with electric fencing and boasts an aircraft landing strip. Included in the sale are the 300 game resident on the reserve.

There are two beautiful waterfalls and plenty free spring water on the reserve. “The water found on the Mount Sheba Game reserve is some of South Africa’s best water.” claims Gareth Botha of Auction Alliance. The reserve is further equipped with two large and four small dams.

“This is a lifestyle property and is ideal for private and discreet living. This is a fitting investment for an owner occupier looking for quiet time.” Comments Botha.

The auction takes place on August 18 at 12pm at The Southern Sun Hotel, Grayson Avenue, Sandton.
