The number of civil summonses appears to be coming down when comparing Q1 2010 data on Q1 2009

The first quarter of 2010 reflected a 1,9% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the first quarter of 2009. A decrease of 5,4% was recorded between March 2009 and March 2010.

The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the first quarter of 2010 decreased by 2,2% compared with the first quarter of 2009. A decrease of 8,9% was recorded between March 2009 and March 2010.

There was an increase of 10,0% in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the first quarter of 2010 compared with the first quarter of 2009. An increase of 2,5% was recorded between March 2009 and March 2010.
