A 4 500sq m lifestyle design centre will form an important retail
part of the new R60-million Michelangelo Towers development by Legacy
Group Holdings, currently under construction opposite the Sandton
Convention Centre.

The centre - scheduled for completion in the next 15 months - will
include contemporary and classic designer showrooms with shops
catering for the corporate and residential markets.

More than 80% of the 150 residential apartments in the new 33-storey
tower block have already been sold at prices starting at R1,2-million.
Tenants will have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a
health hydro, private gymnasium and Sandton square and Sandton City
in the R630-million complex, scheduled for completion by February
2005.

The Legacy Group also developed the nearby upmarket Michelangelo Hotel.
