The three months ended January 2010 reflected a 4,8% increase in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended January 2009. An increase of 0,8% was recorded between January 2009  and January 2010.

The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended January 2010 increased by 8,7% compared with the three months ended January 2009. A decrease of 3,4% was recorded between January 2009 and January 2010.

There was an increase of 12,8% in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended January 2010 compared with the three months ended January 2009. A 3,4% increase was recorded between January 2009 and January 2010.
