The total number of liquidations recorded for the first eleven months of 2009 increased by 27,0% (from 2 953 to 3 751) compared with the first eleven months of 2008. The total number of liquidations recorded for November 2009 increased by 102,9% (from 240 to 487) compared with November 2008.

The total number of insolvencies recorded for the first ten months of 2009 decreased by 8,3% (from 3 615 to 3 314) compared with the first ten months of 2008. The total number of insolvencies recorded for October 2009 decreased by 26,5% (from 532 to 391) compared with October 2008.
