Port Elizabeth residents will have to wait a while longer before finding out what controversial Irish property developer Ken Denton is planning for 24 of his properties in the city, and which properties are involved.

The wait follows the end of the three-year term of the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority (PHRA) councillors and a delay in appointing a new council, and the eviction of the PHRA from its office in East London after the lease expired and its failure to acquire new premises.
