The company recently sold two industrial sectional title properties in Fish Eagle Park, a sought after location in The Interchange near busy Somerset Mall with good linkage to the R44 and N2, just 20 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport.
"Somerset West remains a key growth node and important hub for commercial, industrial and also residential development. These two units of 425sqm and 595sqm are in a prime position and sold for R2.16 million and R2.97 million respectively. Fish Eagle Park is a modern development in an area comprising a mix of quality light industrial, retail and offices," says Nagel.
In the Broadlands area between Somerset West and Gordon's Bay, also just off the N2 and near Sir Lowrys Pass, Pam Golding Commercial recently sold three sites comprising a total of 7500sqm of industrial land to investors and owner-occupiers for a total value of R7.5 million. In a further transaction a 7604sqm property, in Broadlands Road, was sold for R4.3 million.
Says Nagel: "This area is seeing a considerable amount of industrial development and is centrally located, making it ideal for transport depots, warehousing and distribution centres."
