Alliance Group will be bringing two well situated commercial properties to the auction floor on July 15.

Property-Housing-Residential

The first property is in the urban development zone district opposite the offices of the department of land and home affairs.

The Tshwane property, which almost covers the entire city block, is located on the corner of Jacob Maree, Hoop, Scheiding and Christina roads, giving it good exposure.

The property has 5000m² of offices together with five retail shops, of which three are being used, and is in a busy retail node.

The second property offers an opportunity to invest in the vibrant node of Sunnyside, says Pieter Nel of Alliance Group.

The Jack Dyer building is a landmark site situated near the corner of Mears and Esselen streets.

The building consists of 36 flats and nine retail outlets.
