Property developer Pinnacle Point on Wednesday said that there had been a delay in the publishing of its results for the year ended February 2009.

The company, listed on the Alternate Exchange of the JSE, is currently trading under a cautionary which was issued on March 17 2009 and which was extended on June 10 2009.

The group said that the Board of Pinnacle Point had decided to withhold the release of the results until later this month, pending the conclusion of discussions, which could have a material effect on the price at which the Company's securities trade.

"This decision is believed to be in the best interests of shareholders," the group said.

The Board anticipates the release of the Company's results shortly after the Board approval on or about June 25 2009.
