SAPOA’s speaker lineup for the annual SAPOA (South African Property Owner’s Association) Convention, to be held 3-5 June 2009 at the International Convention Centre - Durban, offers a wide range of prominent speakers

Mbeki will address the topic: ‘What can African nations, and in particular, Sub-Saharan nations do to become stronger in the face of the current weakened 1st world economies?’

Mbeki is widely acknowledged as an intellectual, and with his ongoing efforts in African continent negotiations and his lifelong involvement in politics and change, he offers good insight into the property sector and the economic environment.
 
The 41st Annual SAPOA International Convention & Property Exhibition, sponsored by Nedbank Corporate Property Finance will focus on the political and economic risks for the property sector, with four themes dominating: Economic; Africa; Global and Political.
