Property company Bonatla has put the acquisition of Tiffendel Property Investments on hold.

The company said on Wednesday the acquisition was conditional upon a satisfactory due to diligence being completed and that insufficient financial information was available to Bonatla.

The R120m transaction has been put on hold pending the availabilityof such information, it said.
