Property holding company Acucap Properties has announced the appointment of its new financial director, Baden Marlow, effective immediately.
Marlow has been the chief financial officer of Acucap since the company listed in March 2002.
"The board welcomes Baden, and looks forward to his continued contribution as a key member of the executive management team," the group said adding that Marlow will continue to act as company secretary.
