Big turnout expected at auction of R300m commercial portfolio

A commercial property portfolio valued at more than R300m will go under the hammer this month.










The portfolio is being brought together and submitted to public auction by the ClareMart Auction Group.

CEO Jonathan Smiedt said a "record crowd" was expected at the auction event to be held on September 25 at the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town.
