TUHF provides commercial property finance to emerging and established entrepreneurs to purchase and refurbish affordable rental housing residential buildings in the inner cities of  Gauteng, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas

Khayelitsha to get new CBD

Construction of an integrated R450m business and housing project, creating a new central business district (CBD) in Khayelitsha, is expected to start next month.
