Andrew Rogers, QC, LLB (Hons) D Univ served as Consultant of Clayton Utz. Rogers has been a Barrister for 23 years. Rogers was the Chief Judge of the Supreme Court of NSW for 13 years and commercial Arbitrator and Mediator.

He serves as Chairman of ACM Limited (trading as Securities Industry Research Centre of Asia-Pacific). He served as the Chairman of Capital Markets CRC Limited. He serves as Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. Rogers served as a Director of New South Wales Treasury Corp until September 1, 2009.

He was appointed as the chief executive officer of Hospitality on 30 June 2013 and is a member of the investment committee.
