Premium Properties distribution up

Premium Properties Limited on Thursday announced a total distribution of 59.20 cents per linked unit for its second six-month period, ended 28 February 2010, bringing its total distribution for the full year to 111.1 cents per linked unit, up a noteworthy 16.8% from that of the prior year.

Kimberley complex sells for R19m

 

A RETAIL and office block in Kimberley and redevelopment land at Pomona accounted for exciting bidding at a property auction yesterday, but it was the Bedfordview mansion of Teazers owner Lolly Jackson that captured the imagination of serious bidders and most of the spectators.

A factory in Germiston that started the Bidline auction at the Inanda Country Club on Tuesday set a fast pace and the price was quickly pushed up to R7,6m.
