Tirhani Auctioneers was instructed by LandBank in agreement with Emerald sky Investments to auction Portion 174 of the Farm Vanderbijlpark 550, IQ.

Access to the subject property may be gained via either the R42, a main regional road through Vanderbijlpark or the R59 regional road between Vereeniging and Sasolburg.  From the R42 turn south onto Andries Pretorius Boulevard and east onto Hendrik Van Eck Boulevard.

The immediate surrounding area of the subject property offers residential townships, Vaal campus of the North West University and the premises of the Emerald Resort.  Due to this location the subject property offers future development potential and application for township establishment was already submitted to the Local Authority.  A filling Station, small business centre and all the other necessary amenities are available in the close proximity.
