“We have worked closely with DRA Projects in order to find them the best office space for their Cape Town operation,” says Len Pears, Director of Quagga Property Brokers. “2 Long Street, owned by Capital Property Fund and managed by JHI, is an iconic building on the Foreshore, and uniquely designed to offer panoramic views from every office.”

“We are excited to be moving into these new premises in the CBD. This is the first step in a growth plan for DRA in theregion,” explains Rob Welsh, General Manager of DRA Cape Town. “We plan to expand our presence to represent all aspects of the DRA business from mining and process plant to infrastructure, all the way up the West Coast into Namibia. Our focus is to foster relationships with clients, peers and suppliers.”
