It has been almost three years since In2assets was founded and the company has not been shy in flexing its muscle in the Commercial Property market.

Since its inception, a mere 33 months ago, In2assets has successfully engaged numerous Sellers and Buyers and are proud to have concluded sales of nearly R800m. In2assets markets itself as Property Specialists and the respect it has earned from its clients bear testament to this.

“We attribute our success to visionary founders and pride ourselves in our professional approach to Marketing and our inclusive level of service” this is the view of Carl Kleinhans, the company’s Commercial Head. Kleinhans pointed out that In2assets is starting to show major growth both here in KZN and nationally. “We listen to what our clients want and for that reason our company’s expertise are not limited to Auctions. If you want to call yourself a specialist you must have a holistic all inclusive approach” said Kleinhans as he made reference to some of the non-Auction properties that are regularly showcased.

As an example In2assets has been mandated to dispose of a specialised Grain Processing Mill in KZN. The Mill is a fully functionedmodernised business with many Blue Chip customers and has a capacity to supply 5 500 Tons of Flour.

The Mill is one of only two Mills in KZN to mill Dry Cake mix and is ideally located in Durban. The Mill is ISO 22 000 compliant.
