Aucor Property will host its next multiple commercial auction at the Park Hyatt Hotel on the 17thof March 2015 at 12h00.

Greenside

Amongst the numerous properties to come under the hammer on the day is a prime retail site located at the intersection of Greenway and Gleneagles Road in the heart of the fashionable suburb of Greenside.

Sean Parsons, Business Development Executive for Aucor Property comments, "It is rare to find a prime site with retail offerings in a suburb such as Greenside where the popularity of the area has grown substantially over the past 15 years making it an attractive hub for restaurants, trendy boutiques and speciality businesses. Due to its strategic location the property has excellent exposure to a main junction within the suburb resulting in a high level of passing traffic."

"Set on 564m2, the site is zoned for Business 1 and currently houses a car showroom and workshop. However Business 1 zoning rights mean that the property can be used for a variety of purposes including converting the space into a speciality retail outlet, a unique dining experience, chic offices or even a residential offering. In a letter dated 9 June 2014, the Council indicated that they have no objection from a Town Planning point of view to grant the property a liquor licence which opens up a range of possibilities for further development in the hospitality arena. With the right planning and architectural approach this space offers potential buyers a multitude of options in an upmarket location." says Parsons

Currently property features a double storey building including a showroom with workshops. The ground floor has a concrete and shade net section which is used as a vehicle sales lot. There is also a sales office with a kitchenette, storage space, a double wash bay facility which also function as a workshop area. There is an internal stairwell leading to the first floor. The first floor has a workshop which is accessed via a vehicle ramp off Greenway as well as a staff room with ablutions and a workshop office with a storeroom.

Parsons concludes, "There is such demand in the Greenside node for prime space and we have had an influx of enquiries on this property to date. The sheer versatility coupled with the location of the site make this an attractive offering for entrepreneurs and business owners wanting to gain a foothold in this popular hub."
